Utility Assistance

To apply for utility assistance, you must provide the following information:

·        Two pieces of identification for each family member

·        Proof of income (check stub or award letter)

·        Current utility bill in your name (dated within last 30 days and must be a final bill or cut off notice)

·        You must be making regular payments on the utility bill
