General Emergency Assistance
To apply for assistance from Redemptorist Center, you must
provide the following information:

Social Security card for all household members
·
Picture ID for all household members
·
Verification of income, award letters, check stubs, unemployment
check stub and/or proof of food stamps.
·
Proof of address – rent agreement, current utility bill dated
within the last 30 days.
The documentation may be requested every
30 days.
